That said, the Product Investment Pathway is generally reserved for creators who demonstrate strong audience engagement, content quality, brand alignment, and a track record of reliable performance.

We offer two ways to get started. Option 1: Product Purchase Pathway — you purchase SerenQ products at the standard rate, then start earning commission immediately on qualifying sales generated through your referral code or link. Option 2: Product Investment Pathway — selected creators may receive products before paying for them; sales generated through your referral activity first go toward covering the value of the product(s) provided. Product investment opportunities are limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Product Purchase Pathway: Commissions begin immediately on qualifying sales. Product Investment Pathway: Commissions begin once the value of the product(s) provided has been recovered through attributed sales. After that, all future qualifying sales earn commission according to your tier.

We keep things simple with two tiers. Creator Tier (Entry Level): up to 10% commission on sales from new customers, and up to 5% on sales from returning customers for creators in good standing. Growth Tier (Performance-Based): creators who consistently generate results may move into our Growth Tier, where commission on new customer sales can exceed 10% and on returning customer sales can exceed 5%. Rates are reviewed individually based on performance, content quality, and overall partnership value.

Commission payments are processed through Shopify Collabs according to the platform's payment schedule. Minimum payout threshold: commissions become payable once your balance reaches R500. Balances below this threshold roll over until the minimum is reached. You can monitor your performance, referrals, and payouts directly within your creator dashboard.

We don't require scripted content — you know your audience better than anyone, and we trust you to share SerenQ in a way that feels natural.

While some campaigns may include specific deliverables, our primary focus is on consistency, authenticity, and quality. Creators who actively promote SerenQ and maintain strong engagement are more likely to unlock higher commission opportunities and additional partnership benefits.

Yes. Creators must accurately represent SerenQ products and comply with advertising disclosure requirements applicable to their region, including clearly identifying sponsored or affiliate content where required (e.g. #ad, #sponsored, or #SerenQpartner). This protects both you and SerenQ, and helps maintain trust with your audience.

High-performing creators may receive: increased commission rates (Growth Tier), access to exclusive campaigns, early access to product launches, Product Investment Pathway opportunities, long-term partnership agreements, and additional collaboration opportunities. We invest in the creators who help grow the SerenQ community.

SerenQ reserves the right to remove inactive creator accounts that have not generated engagement or sales for an extended period. This helps us keep the program active and focused on creators who are genuinely engaged.
